Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Where to Park
​
A parking lot is located next to the library and can be entered off of 3rd Street and/or 4th Street. This lot is shared with the County Land Use building and can quickly fill. There are other public parking spaces in and around downtown should the lot next to the library be full. Depending on your length of stay in Downtown Smithfield, there are over 1200 parking spaces available to accommodate your parking needs. On-street parking in the downtown core is limited to two hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All-day parking is available in a variety of nearby off-street public parking lots. Please refer to the parking map below to choose the option that fits your needs.
