NC LIVE is North Carolina’s statewide library cooperative, supporting 200+ public and academic libraries across North Carolina. With your library card, you have access to NC LIVE's resources and databases. These resources include articles, genealogy research tools, language learning, videos, eBooks, test preparation help, career development tools, and more.

If prompted to submit user account information while using these resources:

  • Traditional or virtual library cardholders:

    • ​Login with library card number and PIN (last four-digits of the phone number associated with your library account).

  • Student Access accounts:

    • Login with your staff or student STATE ID number and PIN (last four-digits of STATE ID number).
